Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement (Without Driver Monitoring System Camera)

Preliminary Procedures Extend the steering column to the fully telescoped position. With the vehicle off, place the ignition system in the ACC/ACCESSORY mode.
1	Instrument Panel Steering Column Opening Closeout Procedure Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to disengage the instrument panel steering column opening closeout from the steering column upper trim cover.
2	Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Procedure Rotate the steering wheel to expose the front of the steering column upper trim cover where it engages the steering column lower trim cover. Gently pull the steering column upper trim cover upwards on each side to disengage the cover from the steering column lower trim cover.

Procedure
Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to disengage the instrument panel steering column opening closeout from the steering column upper trim cover.

Steering Column Upper Trim Cover

Procedure

Rotate the steering wheel to expose the front of the steering column upper trim cover where it engages the steering column lower trim cover.
Gently pull the steering column upper trim cover upwards on each side to disengage the cover from the steering column lower trim cover.
