Conditions for Clearing the DTC
- A current DTC will clear on the next malfunction-free ignition cycle.
- A history DTC will clear after 50 consecutive malfunction free ignition cycles.
- The fault will be considered not present once the output amperage value returns to the expected range. The power steering control module will resume normal operation once the fault is no longer present.
