Installation Procedure

  1. GM4295433

    O-Ring (2) - Install NEW

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install
  3. GM4295431

    Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. Transfer Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. GM4295125

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  6. GM4295098

    Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  7. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [2x]
  9. Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)  - Install
