Installation Procedure

  1. GM4406118

    Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Install a NEW seal.

  2. Fuel Sender (1) - Install
  3. GM4406120

    Transfer Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  4. GM4406112

    Use the CH 48482  wrench by turning clockwise and install the lock ring (1).

  5. GM4406102

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [2x]

  6. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
