Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)  - Remove
  2. GM4295098

    Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [2x]

  3. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. GM4295125

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Remove - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

  6. GM4295431

    Transfer Pipe (1) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  7. Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  8. GM4295433

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Remove

  9. O-Ring (2) - Remove and DISCARD
