Installation Procedure
Position the power steering pump (2) on the vehicle.
- Power Steering Pump Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose (2)@Power Steering Pump - Install
- Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage
Power Steering Gear Inlet Hose Seal (2) - Install [2x]
Install NEW seals.
- Power Steering Gear Inlet Hose Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
- Install the right front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (With J64)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (With J55)
- Drive Belt - Install - Drive Belt Replacement
- Fill and bleed the power steering system. Power Steering System Bleeding
