Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify DTC B0052 00 is not set.
    • If DTC B0052 00 is set 
    1. Using the scan tool, select Control Module Self Test in Configuration/Reset Functions from the Multifunction Energy Storage Capacitor Control Module menu.
    2. Verify the Control Module Status transitions to Unlocked.
      • If the Control Module Status does not transition to Unlock, replace the K186 Multifunction Energy Storage Capacitor Control Module.
      • Go to next step: If the Control Module Status transitions to Unlock
    3. Clear the DTC. If the DTC will not clear, replace the K186 Multifunction Energy Storage Capacitor Control Module.
    • Go to next step: If DTC B0052 00 is not set 
  2. All OK.
