Installation Procedure

Position the power steering control module wiring harness to the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear.

Connect the power steering control module wiring harness (1) at the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear.

NOTE:

Ensure the position and orientation of each wiring harness retaining clips before securing them.

Install the 3 power steering control module wiring harness retaining clips (2) at the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear.

Install the 3 power steering control module wiring harness retaining clips (1) at the front frame crossmember.

Connect the power steering control module wiring harness (2) at the generator battery control wiring harness (1).
Connect the power steering control module wiring harness (2) at the chassis wiring harness (3).
