Installation Procedure

Front Brake Caliper Guide Pin Boot (1) - Install [2x]
- Front Brake Caliper Guide Pin (2) - Install [2x]
Front Brake Caliper (1) - Install
- Front Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Front Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor (1) @Front Brake Caliper - Install
- Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Front with DZW) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (SRW)
CAUTION:
NOTE:
DO NOT use any air tools to remove or install the guide pin bolts. Use hand tools ONLY.
