Replace and Program Control Module or Reprogram Control Module

To program a replacement or an existing control module, perform the following procedure:

1. Ignition/Vehicle OFF.
2. Access the Service Programming System (SPS) and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K172 Night Vision Control Module - Programming and follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE:
• Prior to performing the K172 Night Vision Control Module - Setup procedure, an aiming object must be placed properly in front of vehicle. For proper object placement, refer to Night Vision Control Module Learn
• Following the SPS on-screen prompts properly and answering the associated questions accurately are critical to attain a successful learn/setup.
4. On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K172 Night Vision Control Module - Setup to enable Night Vision Calibration.
5. At the end of programming, choose the "Clear All DTCs" function on the SPS screen.
