Washer Pumps Continuously When Wiper Operates

Inspect for a grounded wire from pump solenoid or ratchet relay to switch. Wiper switch may be defective. Check ratchet wheel teeth and dog. Lock-out tang on piston actuator plate may be broken or bent.
