Air Control Valve

Start engine. Turn steering wheel right and left. Ensure engine RPM does not decrease more than 50 RPM. Pinch air hose shut. Turn steering wheel right and left. Ensure engine RPM decreases about 200 RPM. If engine RPM does not decrease about 200 RPM, replace air control valve.
