Pressure Bleeding Procedure

  1. Install bleeder adapter (J-29567) to brake master cylinder. Pressurize bleeder to 20-25 psi. Connect bleeder hose to adapter and bleed air from adapter.
  2. Place proper size box end wrench over bleeder valve. Attach one end of clear tube over valve and submerge other end in container partially filled with clean brake fluid.
  3. Starting at right front wheel, loosen bleeder valve to purge air from cylinder. Tighten bleeder valve when no more air is seen in tube. Repeat sequence until all air is removed.
  4. Remove tube and wrench. Proceed to right rear wheel, left rear wheel and finish at left front wheel. Fill master cylinder and replace cover.
