Valve Body: Disassembly
- Remove valve train, and note direction of valve installation. Remove all outside pins by pushing pins through from rough casting side of valve body. See Figure .
- Remove blind pins using modified drill bit. Grind taper on end of a 1/16" drill bit. Drive drill bit into pin. Pull drill bit and pin straight out. Remove pressure switches. Note locations of all components.
