Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 GMC Safari and 2003 Chevrolet Astro. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the radio to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the electrical and the antenna connectors.
  3. Align the mounting clips with the slots in the instrument panel and slide into place.
  4. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) CLUSTER in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  5. Verify component operation.
