Preliminary Inspection

  1. Ensure all grounds and terminal contacts are clean and tight. Check RFA BAT fuse (10-amp). Check PWR ACC fuse (15-amp) by operating power door locks. Check battery transmitter terminals.
  2. Try a known-good second transmitter. If second transmitter works, change batteries in first transmitter. Ensure battery terminals are clean and make good contact. If first transmitter still does not work, replace transmitter.
