Trunk Wait Mode

SECURITY indicator light flashes. CTD system enters trunk wait mode when REAR COMPARTMENT button on RKE transmitter is pressed. BCM stays in trunk wait mode until one of the following occurs:

• Rear compartment lid is opened. System enters trunk open mode.
• UNLOCK button is pressed on RKE transmitter. System enters stand-by mode.
• Door is unlocked using door key cylinder. System enters stand-by mode.
• A door is opened. System enters alarm mode.
• Ignition switch is turned from OFF to ACC or ON position. System enters alarm mode.
