Test J: Keyless Entry System Does Not Change Customization Modes (Base)

- If Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) will program, but not change operating modes, go to next step. If RCDLR will not program, see TEST K: KEYLESS ENTRY DOES NOT PROGRAM (BASE) .
- Disconnect RCDLR. Turn ignition on. Using DVOM, measure voltage between RCDLR connector terminal "J" (Pink wire) and ground. See Figure . If battery voltage is present, go to next step. If battery voltage is not present, go to step 4 .
- Replace RCDLR. See REMOTE CONTROL DOOR LOCK RECEIVER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. After repair, recheck system.
- Repair open in Pink wire between RCDLR and instrument panel fuse block. After repair, recheck system.
