Removal & Installation
WARNING:
Deactivate air bag system before performing any service operation. See AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS - TRACKER article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. DO NOT apply electrical power to any component on steering column without first deactivating air bag system. Air bag may deploy.
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove instrument panel cluster. See ANALOG INSTRUMENT PANELS - TRACKER article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Remove Lamp Driver Module (LDM) from printed circuit board. See Fig 1 . To install, reverse removal procedure.
