July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Preliminary Inspection

Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical and/or mechanical damage. Check TBC fuse No. 15 (10-amp) at instrument panel fuse block. Check PWR ACCY circuit breaker. Ensure all electrical connectors. For fuse and/or relay identification, refer to illustrations. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Ensure ground connections are clean and tight. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Check for loose or corroded connections, and damaged wiring harnesses and/or switches. Check for a broken or partially broken wire inside insulation, which could cause system malfunction but prove good in a continuity/voltage check with system disconnected. Pay special attention to harness routing where wires are hinged or make sharp bends. Ensure any aftermarket electronic equipment is properly installed. If fault is found, repair as necessary. If fault is not found, perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM  .
