July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the reading lamp bulb to the socket, if equipped.
  2. Install the lens. Ensure that the unit is retained.
  3. Locate the rearview mirror support on the windshield.
  4. Install the rearview mirror to the rearview mirror support, ensuring that the mirror is fully seated.
  5. Connect the electrical connector, if equipped.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  6. Install the screw at the rearview mirror support.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
