July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Removal Procedure

  1. Loosen the cable adjusting lock nuts (1).

  3. Remove the cruise control servo cable (2) from the bracket.
  4. Remove the cruise control cable (2) from the throttle lever (3).

    Opening the throttle lever by hand will aide in the removal of the cruise cable.

  5. Remove the cruise control servo cover (1) by applying slight outward pressure to both sides at the base of the cover.

  6. Remove the cruise control cable bracket screw (5).

  7. Remove the cruise control cable (4) from the bracket.
  8. Remove the cruise control cable (4) from the servo lever (1).
  9. Remove the cruise control servo cable from the vehicle by removing the cable from the cable guide clips.
