Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back cover and pad. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front .
  3. Remove the head restraint support. Refer to Head Restraint Support Replacement .
  4. Remove the lumbar assembly. Refer to Lumbar Replacement - Front Seat .

  5. Remove the four seat recliner mounting bolts securing the seat back frame to the seat back recliner mechanism.
  6. Remove the seat back frame.
