Splash Shield Replacement - Engine

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L.




3. Remove the splash shield retainers.




4. Remove the splash shield from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the splash shield onto the vehicle.




2. Install the splash shield retainers.
3. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L.
4. Close the hood.
