Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical/audio and antenna cable connectors to the radio.

  2. Install the radio into the I/P center support bracket.

    Align the radio locator tab into the I/P center support bracket locator hole.

    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the bolts/screws to the radio.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts/screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  4. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  5. Perform the radio set up procedure. Refer to Radio Setup .
