Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Chevrolet Corvette. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
IMPORTANT: The windshield outside moisture sensor coupler is permanently mounted to the windshield and is not serviceable. Damage to the windshield or the windshield outside moisture sensor coupler will occur, if removed.

  1. Remove the trim cover from the windshield outside moisture sensor.

  2. Release the windshield outside moisture sensor coupler retaining clips.
  3. Remove the windshield outside moisture sensor from the windshield coupler.
  4. Disconnect the windshield outside moisture sensor electrical connector.
