Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: The molded encapsulation surrounding the quarter window is made using PVC plastic materials. Use a specific PVC primer application prior to applying the urethane adhesive bead to the window.
  1. Install the quarter window locator pins to the slots in the opening of the quarter panel.
  2. Install the inside rear garnish molding. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper .
  3. Install the inside rear garnish molding. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower .
  4. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
  5. Close the liftgate.
