Battery Tray: Service and Repair




Battery Tray Replacement (RPOs LZE-3.5L Flex Fuel/LZ4-3.5L Gas/LZ8-3.9L Flex Fuel)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement (RPOs LZE/LZ4/LZ8) (Battery Replacement)Battery Replacement (RPO LS4) (Battery Replacement).
2. Remove the battery tray bolts.
3. Remove the battery tray.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the battery tray.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the battery tray bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 5 Nm (44 lb in).

3. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement (RPOs LZE/LZ4/LZ8) (Battery Replacement)Battery Replacement (RPO LS4) (Battery Replacement).
