Preliminary Procedure Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Traverse) , Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave) , Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia) .
1	Liftgate Handle Nut (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Liftgate Handle Assembly Procedure Remove the rearview camera, if equipped. Refer to Rearview Camera Replacement (Traverse) , Rearview Camera Replacement (Acadia and Enclave) . Disconnect the electrical connector.

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Liftgate Handle Assembly

Procedure

Remove the rearview camera, if equipped. Refer to Rearview Camera Replacement (Traverse) , Rearview Camera Replacement (Acadia and Enclave) .
Disconnect the electrical connector.
