Installation Procedure
- Install the drive motor battery charger receptacle connector (3), to the high voltage disconnect control module (2) and lock the handle (1) into the lock position.
- Install the drive motor battery charger receptacle harness retainers (1).
- Install the drive motor battery charger receptacle ground harness terminal (1), to the frame rail stud. Tighten the fastener (2) to 9 (80 lb in).
- Connect the drive motor battery charger receptacle harness retainer (3), to the wheel well panel.
- Connect the connectors (4) from the drive motor battery charger receptacle.
- Install the drive motor battery charger receptacle retainer fasteners (2) and tighten to 9 (80 lb in).
- Install the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
- Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
- Install the charge port housing. Refer to Charge Port Housing Replacement .
- Install the high voltage disconnect circuit cover. Refer to High Voltage Disconnect Circuit Connector Cover Replacement .
- Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling .
