Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Washers, Wheel Stud & Hex Nut

  1. Position a NEW wheel stud in the front wheel bearing and hub assembly flange (3).
  2. Install flat washers (1) and a suitable hex nut (2) on the wheel stud (3).

  3. Tighten the hex nut until the wheel stud head is fully seated in the front wheel bearing and hub assembly flange.
  4. Remove the hex nut and the washers from the wheel stud.
