Installation Procedure

  1. GM4775807

    Install a NEW throttle body seal (2) in the intake manifold.

  2. Position the throttle body (1) to the intake manifold.
  3. GM4775806
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the throttle body bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. GM4775803

    Connect the electrical connector (1).

  5. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  6. Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  7. Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset 
  8. Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
