Installation Procedure

  1. GM2375919

    Position the brake caliper over the brake pads and to the caliper bracket.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Using a backup wrench to hold the brake caliper guide pin stationary, install the brake caliper guide pin bolts (1) and tighten to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).
  3. GM2375918
    NOTE:

    Install new brake hose fitting gaskets.

    Assemble the brake hose fitting bolt (1) and the 2 new brake hose fitting gaskets (2) to the brake hose fitting (3).

  4. Install the brake hose assembly. Front Brake Hose Replacement
