Installation Procedure

Position the battery positive cable to the vehicle.
Insert the battery positive cable to the body harness.
Push the battery positive cable terminal through the grommet into the front engine compartment.

Close the cover (1).
Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Replacement - Install
Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement - Install
Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement - Install

For a better access, fold the floor carpet aside.
Retainer(1) - Install[3x]

Install the battery positive cable (1) to the left channel.

Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Left Side) , or Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Right Side) - Install

Retainer(1) - Install[5x]

CAUTION:

Install the battery positive cable fuse block nut (2) and tighten to 9 N. m (80 lb in).

Battery Fuse Block Cover(2) - Install
Lock the 2 retaining tabs (1).

Install the panel trim (2).
Install the 3 panel trim nuts (1) and tighten to 6 N. m (53 lb in).
Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Connect
Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Trim Compartment Replacement - Install
