Installation Procedure

CAUTION:

Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2X] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

Drive Belt Tensioner (3) - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory (LT1)

Starter Solenoid Cable (2) - Install
Generator Fastener (1) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Electrical Connector (3) - Install

Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LT1 LT4) (6) - Install

Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LT1 with V18 V03) (1) - Install
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
