Removal Procedure

- Fuel Tank - Remove - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD)
Electrical Connector (1) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect
- Fuel Feed Pipe-Fuel Tank (2) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Sender Retainer (1) @ Fuel Tank - Remove
Use the CH-45747 fuel sender lock ring wrench to remove the fuel sender retainer.
Fuel Level Sensor Connector (1) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect
- Fuel Sender Hose Fitting (2) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) @ Fuel Tank - Remove
- Fuel Pump Seal (2) @ Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module - Remove and DISCARD
