Verify the scan tool communicates with the vehicle.
- If the scan tool does not communicate with the vehicle
  Refer to Scan Tool Does Not Communicate with Vehicle
- Go to next step: If the scan tool does communicate with the vehicle
Perform the Programming and Setup procedure for the control module that set the DTC.
Verify the DTC does not set after programming.
- If the DTC sets after programming
  Replace the control module that set the DTC.
- Go to next step: If the DTC does not set after programming
All OK.
