Installation Procedure

Instrument Panel Switch Trim Plate (2) - Install
- Instrument Panel Accessory Bezel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 4x ] - Fastener Specifications
Connect and position the wiring harness.
- Instrument Panel Knee Bolster (1) - Install
Data Link Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications
- Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 3x ] - Fastener Specifications
Connect the electrical connector.
- Instrument Panel Center Trim Pad (1) - Install
- Return the steering column to its original position.
Connect the electrical connector.
- Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator (1) - Install
Install the tabs into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1).
Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Retainer (1) - Install
- Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications
- Instrument Panel Insulator Nut (3) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications
Attach the hood primary latch release cable end retainer to the hood primary latch release cable handle (1).
Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Left Side (1) - Install
Connect the electrical connector.
- Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Driver Side (2) - Install
- Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Nut (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] - Fastener Specifications
- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling .
