Removal Procedure
- Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector (2) - Remove
Retainer (3) - Detach
- Clip (5) - Unclip
- Disconnect the drive motor battery positive and negative cable (2) from the high voltage battery disconnect control module assembly (4) and heater coolant heater assembly (1)
- Drive Motor Battery Positive and Negative Cable (2) - Remove
Heater Coolant Surge Tank Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Heater Coolant Surge Tank (2) - Reposition
- NOTE:
Cap the brake pipe fittings to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (3) - Remove
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Rear Pipe Fitting (2) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (3) - Remove
- NOTE:
Cap the brake pipe fittings to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (2) - Remove [4x]
Body Wiring Harness Clip (1) - Remove
Electrical Connector (1) @ Electronic Brake Control Module (2) - Disconnect
- Body Wiring Harness Clip (3) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket - Remove
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Nut (1) @ Front Wheel House Panel - Remove
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket Nut (1) @ Front Compartment Inner Side Rail - Remove [2x]
- Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve and Bracket Assembly (2) @ Vehicle - Remove
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Insulator Nut (1) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Insulator Washer (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bracket - Remove
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Insulator (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
Do not disconnect the coolant hoses to reposition the heater coolant surge tank.
