With Scan Tool

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode & Engine - Off
  2. Select: Module Diagnostics
  3. Select: [K20] Engine Control Module
  4. Select: Configuration/Reset Functions
  5. Select: Reset Functions
  6. Select: Air Cleaner Monitor Setup
  7. Select: Reset
  8. Verify the display at the component: P16 Instrument Cluster - Air Filter Life = 100%
    • If not the specified value 

      Repeat the procedure starting at step 1

    • Go to next step: If the specified value 
  9. All OK.
