FWD Models
- Clearance between throttle stud and cable clevis should be 1/16" (1.6 mm). If not, start engine and run at normal operating temperature. Engine should be curb idle. Remove snap ring from throttle stud.
- Loosen cable retaining clamp nut. Pull all slack out of cable, but do not move throttle away from curb idle position. Tighten retaining nut to 45 INCH lbs. (5 N.m).
