Lift Motor Testing

  1. Connect leads of test battery to motor terminals. Motor should rotate in one direction to move window up or down.
  2. Motor may not rotate if window is in full up or down position. If motor does not rotate, reverse battery lead. Motor should now operate and window should move. If not, remove motor and replace. If motor rotates, reverse leads again. Window should move in opposite direction.
