Switch Voltage Testing

Remove switch from trim panel and disengage wiring connector. Check voltage between Black and Tan wires on FWD models and Dakota. Ensure 12 volts exist between these wires. If voltage is not as specified, check 30-amp circuit breaker in fuse block, or check for broken wire or poor ground.
