Motor Tests: Notes

These tests will by-pass switch to determine if switch or specified motor is at fault. Remove power seat position switch from mounting position and disconnect it from wiring harness. Check pin No. 5 for battery voltage and pin No. 1 for ground. Using 2 jumper wires, connect one wire to battery supply and ground. Connect other end of wires to pins as described below to check seat actions. See Figure .
