Test VER-1 - Verification Procedure
- Inspect vehicle to ensure all engine components are connected. Reassemble and reconnect components as necessary. Inspect engine oil for fuel contamination. Change oil and filter if necessary. Attempt to start engine.
- If engine does not start, check if any TECH SERVICE BULLETINS (TSBs) apply to vehicle and return to TEST TC-1A , if necessary.
- If engine starts and Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is changed, repair is complete.
- If engine starts and PCM is not changed, connect DRB to data link connector and erase trouble codes. Repair is complete.
