Self-Diagnostic Tests

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 1994 Plymouth Acclaim, 1994 Dodge Spirit, and 1994 Chrysler LeBaron. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB) is necessary for traveler module diagnosis. Connect DRB to Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) bus Data Link Connector (DLC). DLC is located on left kick panel, near hood release handle. Begin traveler module diagnosis with TEST 1A. TEST 1A will direct technician to other tests for further diagnosis (if necessary). DO NOT skip tests or test steps unless directed to do so.
