Test 54A - Repairing Traveler Illumination Problem
NOTE:

IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS
. Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
- Turn park lamps on. If traveler module does not dim with dimmer control, disconnect traveler module connector. Traveler module is located in center section of dash. Go to next step.
- Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Measure voltage at traveler connector terminal No. 5 (Orange wire). If voltage is less than 4 volts, go to TEST 40A. If voltage is more than 4 volts, replace traveler module.
