Water Pump - 2.7L: Installation

- Clean all sealing surfaces.
- Install water pump and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install timing chain guides and timing chain. Refer to appropriate ENGINE article.
- Install the timing chain cover. Refer to appropriate ENGINE article.
- Install the crankshaft damper. Refer to appropriate ENGINE article.
- Install the accessory drive belts. (Refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE ).
- Install the radiator fan (Refer to INSTALLATION ).
- Install the radiator upper crossmember.
- Fill cooling system.
