Using a scan tool to diagnose and repair system is recommended. See BODY CONTROL MODULES - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. If a scan tool is not available, MSMM has limited internal diagnostic abilities. Two modes are available, MODE 1  and/or MODE 2  . Using diagnostic modes will clear customer position preferences.
