Body Control Module

The Body Control Module (BCM) is mounted to junction block under left side of instrument panel. BCM supplies vehicle occupants with various visual and audible information, and controls various vehicle functions.

Vehicle may be equipped with either a base, mid-line or premium model BCM. Vehicles with premium BCM are equipped with Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS). Vehicles with mid-line BCM may be equipped with Compass/Mini-Trip Computer (CMTC), power door locks, headlight time delay, Remote Keyless Entry (RKE), or illuminated entry. Vehicles with base BCM are not equipped with any of the above features.
